ROSY16 is a full fat meal that typically passes 95% through a US #16 screen, while 98% is retained on a US #40 screen. Roasting the soybeans before milling inactivates the enzymes, stabilizes the fats, and results in a pleasant, nutty flavor profile, making it very easy to formulate without flavor issues. Functional benefits include: increases dough's water absorption, increasing dough yield, reduces cost of fat in any recipe, all natural product; no chemicals used in processing, high in protein (40%), contains all the naturally occurring fat, "Heart Healthy" approval by FDA and is a 100% vegetarian product. Some applications for this product are cake donuts, breads, sweet baked goods, waffles, pancakes and dry mixes.
