Safflower Oil

Safflower Oil (carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil) is extracted from the seeds of the safflower plant. Safflower Oil is a highly unsaturated oil. Safflower Oil does not solidify when chilled and has great stability. Safflower Oil is a drying oil that helps to create stable lathers and conditioning properties for soaps and cleansers. Safflower Oil is ideal for cosmetics/personal care, food, nutraceutical, and pet care formulations. It is offered in an oil powder version. Linoleic safflower, hi oleic safflower, and organic hi oleic safflower are available.
